Hi Michelle,

I think Washington state is kinda tough, good nail techs are hard to
find, and good places for nail techs work are equally hard. Salon
owners are very into the whole natural and organic thing, so finding a
salon that allows extensions can be tricky, but most will let you do
gel if you give them a demo. Tacoma gives you a bit of a double
whammy, you will find the highest concentration of high end salons in
Seattle and Bellevue, but that drive for you from Tacoma would be
horrible - don't do it. You aren't likely to find somewhere that
wants to rent just two days a week unless they are desperately looking
for a tech, or their nail tech doesn't rent those two days. Try
looking for a hotel or resort (I'll look more later, I have to take
the kid to the doc). They will probably bring you in on a commission
basis. You aren't likely to be able to do sculptured acrylic because
of the odor in most places around here these days but you can talk
them into gel typically - most don't realize how great it looks and
that it is completely odor free.

Send me an email and I'll see if I can help you find something. :)
