I got the sunflower and it blows air out where the light is. That is were it is
suppose to suck air in. I called them and they sent out a second one and it did
the same thing. I called them and now they have sent out a third one and guess
what... It also does this. I called them again and this time the man was not to
happy with me. He was very short with me and asked if I had talked to Paul
someone about this. I said no you own the company right. He said yes but this
guy is the manufacturer and I would need to talk to him. He said it is funny
that he has never had this happen before that someone would get three defective
ones in a row. I told him I want my money back and to please send me a return
label. Forget it. Three in a row and with an attitude. I had asked him the
first time if it was suppose to blow air out of the end where the light is and
he said no it is suppose to suck air in. Today he kept asking me how far away
from the nails was
the lamp. I didn't even try it out this time. I turned it on and put my hand
infront of the light and air was blowing on my hand. Maybe that is how it is
suppose to work, but that doesn't make any sense to me. Jenny, is this how
yours works? I am so frustrated. This thing is not cheap. I guess I have been
breathing all this dust for 20 yrs and it hasn't got me yet, I'll just keep my
money.
