Not my style to use this list to vent my industry issues but...maybe this will generate a positive outcome.
MINX NAILS-Ordered DEC 18th ---------------STILL DON'T HAVE IT! 5 calls to co ....3 during business hrs BUT the answering service is who takes my info! Emailed 3 times off of my conformation and tracking no (which btw is still stuck on "left san diego" ! I am so not happy with this co! WTF? I even told one of the answering service peeps that I was on this mailing list and that yall were waiting for my review..and that all i was able to give was anguish to 800 nail techs ~ over no communication-no product! I could hear her typing it in the pc. Im sure there is a mistake or..someone might be ill or they got so many orderes from the ad in NAILS mag that i got lost in the shuffle. I have 4 clients lined up waiting for me on this one.....since before NYE! Ok...Im tryin to find my CHI...breath..breath...lol...so ridiculose to get worked up I know but come on.....it's anoying to know that "they" got my money and I got nothing!
