Well I spoke with one of the creators Janice Jordon. While I did not get a reason as to who/where/why.........I was informed that my order will be re shipped today higher priority.....and if I do get the lost order I can keep it. The other nice thing is she told me I was in fact gonna be the first in Houston and assured me that I would be crazy busy lolol She gave me personal email and cell...and is adding me much quicker to the website. This apparently will let me into a "true professional" website to view other products for order.
Minx became a company in April of last year and are trying to get there inventory stocked while changing to accommodating the growth! So....now all of my CHI has been restored and I am at peace.
