That sounds like pretty great customer service! Good to know because I just 
ordered their trial kit so here's hoping I'm the first in all of Canada! LOL!

reason as to who/where/why.........I was informed that my order will be re 
shipped today higher priority.....and if I do get the lost order I can keep it. 
The other nice thing is she told me I was in fact gonna be the first in Houston

cell...and is adding me much quicker to the website. This apparently will let
