Under IC25-1-11-5(a)(5), engaging in lewd conduct in the connection with the delivery of services to the public, the AG office filed an ES (emergency Suspension) for 90 days. It was brought to the board and we granted the ES. What this means is he can not work as a manicurist for 90 days while the AG office decides what they can/want to do. As for criminal charges he was charged with 4 counts. 1 count Sexual Battery, a Class D Felony, 1 count Criminal Deviate Conduct, a Class B Felony, 2 counts of Criminal Confinement, Class D Felony.
