How long did she go before she got a fill? Did you do the fullset? Did she get another fill since they turned green or did she take them off? Angie Wingerter

One of my clients called me to tell me 6 of her nails were green. i told her to come in and 6 of her nails had water mold and were lifting kind of bad. She washes her hands a lot which she says is a habit she has and then she lotions them after she washes her hands. She says that this ws her first time ever getting fills. she told me that she has only had her nails done a few times but she normally doesnt get a fill. She isnt blaming me for this but I am mortified. What did I do wrong? i have never had this happen before. I have seen a person every once in a blue moon get maybe one water mold but never anything like this. Please help explain why this happened.
