Not boring at all. We all need to keep our fingers on the pulse of the economy and as much as we hate to admit it, retail theories will work in marketing ourselves. I come from a strong retail background and found that I was using several of the same techniques as for as customer service and marketing that I used when I was in reatil management trying to build my clientel and keeping my current clients happy.
