Thanks to everyone for your replies and advice. The main thing
was that she ended up having a great service and was smiling when she left the
salon. Still had the corns tho………although softened and
exfoliated.  

You all are the bomb…I enjoyed everyone’s feedback.
I don’t know what took me so long to post something. I suppose that I
have been just lurking around and seeing what everyone else is up to.  I
learn soooo much from ya’ll.

I think you did the right thing.  If you had cut her corns that could have
led to infection and much pain on her part.  Sounds like you handled it
very professionally and correctly.
