You have to be sure you are prepping the nails correctly.  All of the cuticle 
tissue has to be off the nails.  If you use an efile, run it gently around the 
cuticle area being sure not to hold the file at an angle or you'll dig into the 
nail.  Be sure to  just take the shine off the nail with a medium grit file and 
dust them off.  Use a cleanser on them to dehydrate, I'm sorry but what I use 
just left my mind..., and be sure to prime if your system needs it.  Practice 
and get your powder to liquid ratio right.  You want a nice bead not a dry one 
or a wet one.  That will help your application.  Be sure you get all of the AC 
off their cuticles.  Work on applying the AC in a manner that you don't have it 
run onto the skin or cuticles.  



The main thing tha will improve your adhesion is practice.  Hang in there, 
we've all been there.
