Ok, go to the Nails magazine site, and when it comes up scroll the site link
over to nailstv, when it takes you there, then scroll down to see the menu of
videos, go to pedicures, and click on the pedicures by OPI pressure points
link and the TUT will come up.

  Hi Shannon,

No Brisa is not soak off, I know IBD has one, and Akzentz (great company
and customer service) , and I think there are a couple others. You can file
off the regular gels with ease though, every one of them that I have used
files off like butter. I used to only do hand filing, until I could afford to
get an e-file, and I loved how easy it was to file the gels.

As for getting off topic with Reflexology, you don't have to worry about that
here, there is definitely a corrulation (sp) between reflexology and nails. I
try to incorporate some movements and pressure points that I read about in a
Reflexology book and I have viewed some TUTs on it along with pedicures on the
Nailstv through Nails magazine. I find my clients get really relaxed and they
love it.

            Hi everyone,
One more question on gels (I know there has been a lot of talk on these.
Sorry) I am a new tech (less than 1 year) I am still learning acrylics and want
to learn gel. I have heard about the soakable gels. Does anyone know if the
Brisa system is soakable or do you have to efile. I have never taken a class on
efiles so until I do I would feel more comfortable learning by hand filing and
soaking off. Thanks.
   Melody,
As far as the reflexology, no you will not learn by a book. I would try to
find a school nearby you that you could take the course. If there is no one
around you I do know they have reflexology through distance learning where they
send you tapes to learn off of. You could also find a reflexologist and get a
session just to see what the pressure is and how their technique is. Any more
questions please email me privately as I do not want to get off topic and get
in trouble with the group :)
