My peeeps! I so love this list :) Yesterday was a mile stone for me. I have been independant in a lease salon for 2yrs this coming june and I just hired my first part time employee!!!!! I knew it would happen sooner or later but yall......Minx is the reason it is happening now!
Her name is alexandria and she is my age w 4 teenage boys. She shampoos here and she st8 up came to me and said..."I hv operator lic for 10 yrs and I see how busy you are and how prof. I want to wk for you!!!!! It made me feel so good and very optimistic. I love how direct and charismatically (new wd?) agressive she was. I'm training her to do minx only 2 days a wk. This is just to start. I am expanding my lease space soon and yall......she is not just a gem she is. Diamond. I can offer waxing-more lashes-facials- omg this is gonna triple my business. Before she knows it I will have her billed as the fastest/ safest bush waxer in the south!!!!! Lol I know yall are laughin.....but I'm dead serious. Anyway.....I didn't have a clientele for minx....but now I have enuf to expand.! The last thang I want to say is I have no money really. No credit cards cuz I'm a cash and carry girl. Some nay sayers have said how do I spend money I don't have?! I say.... I am spending my dreams....... one at a time. Our words are creative ...so once you speak them you bring life to them. Speak positive and claim your dreams and desires.
