Lisa, I never heard that but that does not mean that it is not true. Doesn't the state board website have a PDF of the rule book?
Like Marsha said for her state to use a lock. I know a stylist that had ALL her stuff in a teeny tiny powder room. She was never fined. I would check for you but the computer I am at does not like PDF's!! Honestly if THAT is a violation I think the SB should be more concerned with all the chop shop violations rather than something not as severe!
