Alice thanks for the info. Well lets see how much these salon owners will fight. If they grab a house rep or senator, they can stop this ASAP, atleast when the new session starts. Hope someone has the balls in N.J. to get this started. I do agree with the board on the perm makeup, this should be regulated by the people that regulate tatooing. JMHO diana from indiana
