I used a paper planner then palm pilot
Now I have an Iphone. It's so east because it's with u all the time (atleast
mine is) and you can book an appt or check on an appt while your client is
still on the phone. East and efficient.

Subject: NailTech:: Booking Questions....
I'm moving to a new salon next week. Since this is a booth rental I'll be
booking my own appointments.

For those who do this through their cell phone what is the most
efficient/easiest way to handle this.

I'll change my voice mail to something like... "if I'm not answering I'm
currently with a client or away from my phone... please leave a message and the
time you're looking for and I'll get back to you asap"?

Something like that?

Also, what do you find easiest for appointment recording... on paper in a
appointment book... randomly on sticky notes and cocktail napkins...
electronically through a blackberry or something similar?

Any help is SO very welcome... thank you!!
Roxanne
