I charge for my time. It's based on how much time and work is involved. If it's minor and I can get a thin set or remaining set off within the 1.5 hours reserved and I'm not rushing I don't charge as much. If not, I'll charge $50 to remove and $90 for a new set. I tell them this when we are scheduling so they know before hand and give them the opt to soak off on their own to save money.
