not on natural nails, but i have had clients come in and i try to remove the polish with a cotton ball and acetone and realize that they have gel top coat on and I have to file it off. It doesn't sound like much but eventually all those wasted cotton balls and drops of acetone add up. Cira

And the second time I had to file the top coat and polish off. now this was a few years ago before I knew about soak off gel. I haven't tried since. The gel will not cure properly. His explanation was a lot more in depth though! I'm looking for that email!!!! I'll post it if I can find it!
