OMG YES!? I know it all depends on the area but think about it...that is 1400.00 a month for a 4 week month and 1750.00 for a 5 week month (lots of those) I used to work mega hours in Florida...sometimes 6 days a week, alot of 12 hour days...I made GREAT money...but that rent (yours) would be about 800-1000 more a month than I paid..and mine was on the high side. It would have been hard to pay that and ALL the other costs, paper towels, product, coffee, creamers, toilet paper, price stickers, cc machine costs, cleaning supplies, etc etc etc... and still make some money!........it's not just monomer and powder.....
