when?I got my license ...many years ago, we had to have the blood contamination kit also...Our school taught us to have a sealed container and a baggie.....you put the contaminated items (paper towels, tissues whatever) into the baggie and then into the sealed container....we used any plastic container with a lid...chinese soup container works fine.
