Any moron who can read can understand those directions on that wax. You heat it up a little at a time. NO way she could have burned her back by just taking it out of the microwave. As for the three year delay-- she probably did file with her lawyer back then. It takes that long to go through the system. Been there. Done that. I hope she loses.
