just be sure to think of everything that you pay for like advertizing coffee
and misc. stuff like paper and pencils.  we have issues at my salon with stuff
like who is going to buy the next appointment book.  Some of us are booth
renters and some are on commission which is an issue in itself.

Kimberly,

I would consider all cost and just charge her one flat rent fee.  It will make
it easier in the long run.  You might also want to make it clear up front what
she is responsible for in the salon, like cleaning!  Just some thoughts.....

Subject: NailTech:: Sharing my single space with a hairdresser

I might soon be sharing my small salon with a single (part time, I
believe) hairdresser.  What things should I consider or watch out
for ?
Anyone have any experiences to share on how to make this a good union
and avoid any problems ?  I'm not sure what to charge her in way of
including Heat/Air and Water (Utilities) plus other things like the
coffee bar, paper towels and bathroom tissue ??? Any advice is
appreciated :)
