Kim,ya know, we had someone come to state board wanting to do waxing in a Kiosk in the mall. We had to say no because our laws state that waxing must be in a licensed salon, and to have a licensed salon you have to having running water and walls.
But then the threading came in (an art -- not removing hair, yea right), and the senate and the house decided that threading was exempt, and state board cannot regulate them. But then we can regulate those that wax, and we can't let them because of the "salon license", Because waxing is removing hair and not an art. Gawd I am dizzy,,,,,goes around and around and around.
