Dr G's hand cleanse is alcohol free, which is why I am able to use it. Over the years, I have become over exposed to alcohol, from using hand sanitizers with it. I would think that if his company is selling out of product and they are stating that it kills this virus that alcohol is not an absolutely necessary ingredient.
