I do not know Rhonda. I am just saying what Dr. Nancy Snyderman said on the news tonight about precautions. She specifically said it was the alcohol that would prevent the spread. Also if people are going to use the hand sanitizers to rub it in until it is dry. Simple handwashing with soap also is good according to her.
