Is it on your hands or just your arms and chest? If it isn't on your hands might not be nails at all. A girl I work with started itching and got this horrible rash on her ears. She thought it was her cellphone. Maybe it had nickle in it. After a few weeks of experimenting she found it to be her shampoo. She had been using for the last year at least. Angie Wingerter
