LOL... I am a 13 year acrylic specialist, and I asked this same question months
ago!!! Wondered if this old dog should learn some new tricks. (It just takes me
too dang long to apply and I don't get a lot of call for it... but I am doing
ROCKSTAR/BLING TOES!!! )

I tell my clients it is just a different product... lighter in weight, more
flexible, and is very clear and shiny. Gel has a complete cure, unlike most
acrylics, so it does not yellow and get brittle over time.

OK...so my question is....what are the benefits of gels vs acrylics?
I am doing my first set of gels today and I have had some clients ask
me what are the benefits of gels....for years I thought they were
healthier for the nail but I had some one politely tell me that isnt
true....so I want to come to the experts and find out so I can have
some knowledge of what to tell my clients

Thanx,
Kelley
