Yes acrylic. I have been doing nails a long time and I don't remember this being such a big problem in the past. I have one client that has always had this problem because her nails curve like claws bad. I don't know anyway around that. It stands to reason when the ac grows out to the hump part of the nail, the natural nail goes with it but the ac doesn't. But lately I am even noticing it on straight nails. And even on new nails. It's frustrating. One thought could be my ratio could be to wet. I don't know. I am use to a round brush, but have been using the Entity brush that is oval. I don't press the liquid out of the side as much as I did with the round brush trying to keep the ratio like I am use to with the round. If that makes sense to anyone, sorry if confusing. Now I use Entity. I get an air pocket in the middle of the nails. It seems to have got worse lately. That is why I switched to Entity. Seemed to help at first but lately I have noticed air pockets on people that doesn't usually get them. The nails doesn't lift but you can see this big air pocket that I have to drill out. Does anyone have any suggestions to help?
