Hi Cira!
It has been since the last time that I used it that they said it could be used 
with the regular powders, so no I have not. However, Tammy is pretty consistant 
with her instructions so I assume it would be the same as with the odorless 
powders.
There should be a tacky dispersion layer when the a/c is cured. If you are 
using the product dry enough, this layer should only be slightly tacky and easy 
to file off. You use the product really really dry. (Did I say really really? 
Yes. REALLY. Too wet and that tacky layer gets out of control!) Use a warm 
table lamp in a warm room, drag slowly through the powder since it takes longer 
to combine, and you should end up with a result like a regular smelly acrylic! 
When all ten nails are done, spray all ten with "Surface Cleaner" (aka pretty 
scented alcohol!), and make your first file pass all in one direction and the 
tacky layer should roll right off.
