Nail glue is Pharmaceutical Grade Resin. That basically means it is safe to be
used on the human body. It usually has a thicker viscosity than super glue.
USUALLY.
Super glue is commercial or craft glue. NOT designed for use on the human body.
Will it do damage to the human body? I don't know. But that's the basic
difference.

Well Let me just say nail glue definately holds better than super glue IMO and
experience. My daughter has a stuffed dog...has had it since she was 1, is now
13. When she was about 5 the dogs eye fell off tried the super glue didnt
work. So I tried nail glue. Believe it or not.....she still has the dog and
the eye has yet to fall off. I use it for everything. The only thing I did
notice is that super glue tends to dry alot quicker than nail glue. Nail glue
give a few seconds more to move the nail tip if you had to adjust it.

We were tought that Super glue had an amount of water in the formula and Nail
glue does not. I never compaired the labels though. I do know that nail glue
holds some things better than super glue ever did.
