We have 3?European Touch chairs??and the company is totally helpful when there was a breakdown.? We had the parts in a couple days.?One of the girls husbands is a contractor and knew enough mechanical and pluming to put it together when the parts came. .The place I used to work the same thing happened and we only had 1 unit. While we were down we just went to K-Mart and?got and used a small? home use foot bath? maybe 35-40 dollars and gave $5 off for the inconvenence, Nobody complained or anything.? Another time one of the chairs had the massager go they sent out the parts and we couldnt figure it out. Nothing in the paperwork matched the parts. ?so we called and a guy from the tech support talked me through it over the phone.? I can now add electronic installs to my resume<LOL>? But the company has been nothing but helpful when ever had a problem.?? I would not call the on-line?distributor, call the company that makes the chair.
