Pati - Well the therapist said its quite possible...its a repetitive injury and God only knows how often I would sit like this. And I've had no other injuries - I just aggravated it more by running. So I can hit the gym but no more running - yay!

Just curious - What type of chair do you use? I use a regular steno chair that will go up and down. I used to sit with my legs basically tucked under the chair until I developed sore knees. Now I am dealing with a very sore, damaged knee and the only thing I can think of is how I was sitting for several years. I have a torn miniscus (not sure of spelling and don't care) and now I have to make sure I sit with my leg out in front of me while working on a client. Any ideas for a more ergonomically correct chair? Thanks... Annette Internet Explorer 8 makes surfing easier. Get it now! Wanna slim down for summer?
