I use a 'Pilate Ball Chair' you can find them on E-Bay under $100. Love it, feel better, don't get back aches, strengthens your core also. Took 1-2 days to get use to sitting, but won't trade it for anything else. Debbie Canton OH the Spa at Atrium In a message dated 6/8/2009 9:20:22 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, [email protected] writes:
Just curious - What type of chair do you use? I use a regular steno chair that will go up and down. I used to sit with my legs basically tucked under the chair until I developed sore knees. Now I am dealing with a very sore, damaged knee and the only thing I can think of is how I was sitting for several years. I have a torn miniscus (not sure of spelling and don't care) and now I have to make sure I sit with my leg out in front of me while working on a client. Any ideas for a more ergonomically correct chair? Thanks...
