I think that you should sculpt her. Maybe its just me but I've never seen a lot of tips on biters that looked good. Butt that form up against whatever is there and sculpt away or make a tiny little free edge with some pink; just enough to fit a form under and go from there. Keep them short. They should be barely peeking into view when you look at her fingerpads.
