I have too which irritates me. I know another salon is doing it on the nails and they are lasting 3 weeks so I know it is my application. Do you have problems on the toes? I have not tried that yet. I am also wondering if it is coming off because when I applied I kept having to take it off to adjust it because it was too far away from the sidewalls. Thanks for the info on the flat iron although I do not feel comfortable doing that because I am afraid of burning clients. I wonder if you cut the minx with nail scissors instead of filing it and then wrapped it around the free edge of the finger under the heat? I will have to try that tonight and let everyone know how it goes. shannon - are you talking about on fingers? if so, i just got a tip from someone at minx........try using a flat iron on the free edge. make sure its not too hot for the client (ive only tried it on myself and i have longer nails) and kind of roll it around on the ends. its seemed to work a little bit, tho im not sure a client would be pleased. ive had to turn down some requests for fingers because of this issue, and that irritates me. as for the sides, i think you may not be heating and pushing well enough. mke sure that while theyre under the light you go around with your cuticle pusher and really push those sides down. hth and i hope someone else will chime in denise ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Huge Savings on Popular Laptops only at Dell.com.
