can anyone tell me what went wrong?? Did acrylic fill, finished w/ 180 file used base n gloss for the 1st coat, 2 coats of options color gel, then another thin coat of base n gloss, when we took them out of the light and I wiped the dispersion layer off they were dull. What went wrong?? HELP PLEASE
