Angela, Some clients are prone to heat spiking. I have it no matter what brand of gel and no matter how thin it is applied. I also can feel acrylic curing on my nails. It gets very warm. You can try the "peek-a-boo" method. (Who came up with that term? I LOVE that! It explains it perfectly!) Some fingers will just always be sensitive.
