Stickey base, two coats of polish with a stickey between then top coat. Do not
forget to put a teeny tiny bit of cuticle oil on the nails and rub in before
the first stickey. DO NOT clean off the oil.

For my natural nail clients, I do the stickey sandwich and top with
Out the Door top coat, then let sit a minute and use the drip dry drops and
then put them into my dryer. Works great!!!

          Deb,

What do you use to thin, and what is the difference between lacquer
and polish? I use thermoshield over any brand polish when doing enhancements
and they all dry very well. Natural nails are different. Haven't found a good
fast dry for those yet.

I do thin them out on occasion, but that doesn’t bother me. Because
they are a lacquer, not a polish, they will always be a little thicker. How
are things Lynette?

          Hey Deb!
You must be lucky then. Not only is the polish not drying, they also
get thick pretty gosh darn fast. Too quick. I can use an Essie or Haken for
almost 3/4 of a bottle and never have to use thinner drops.
My one client uses ONLY Chocolate Shakespeare and she was the first
for this to happen. SHE said something to me about it.
Well at least I am not in the minority!!!! ;-)

I really never understand why so many people have issues with OPI…it
is all I use and never have issues! I polish and let set 3 minutes or so then
drop on Drip Dry. They leave in 5 minutes and are fine.

I am not sure about that being the reason Marsha but I have noticed
the past couple of weeks that just about every client that has chosen OPI
polish -- the polish does not dry!!!!!! Usually they all dry within ten to
fifteen minutes--any brand. The past few weeks it seems that all OPI just
stayed wet and tacky. WTH? Anyone else having this problem?

Whadayathink.....does the color pigment in polish have an affect on
how long the polish stays on the nails? My daughter, a hairdresser, just wore
OPI's Vampire State Building for 5 days with no chipping. She is a BUSY girl in
her salon. This may be the longest she's gone without chipping.
