That's true. I have a client that got a boob job and first time in had to flash them to me. She just isn't shy and was very proud. It caught me off guard, but that is just the way she is.
It takes all kinds of people to make up a strong clientele. I guess one more weird one won't hurt. As long as the sports bra stays on and her check doesn't bounce.
