Well.. it's like this-

You put your appointment in your Outlook calendar. when you select a time
slot and double click, it opens up a popup window.
You can fill out the info.. person's name, time, yada yada.. and then you
"invite attendee."

However....

This will send them an email immediately.

So. I plan to wait until like.. on Sundays or something.. and then send out
the emails for the whole week. Now, if someone reschedules, (an appt that
you have already invited attendee on).. the moment you move that "meeting"
to a new slot (i.e., drag it to a new slot) it will ask you if you want to
inform the "attendee" (your client) of the update.. at which point, you say
"yes."

So far, that is all I have been able to establish. Now.. I am waiting to
see if any emails are automatically generated.????

Melody

If this can be done, I would also like to know how to do it.

It was intentional.. it was intended as "redneck slang" joke.

I am trying to figure out how to get Outlook to send out an email reminder
to every appointment I put in calendar. such as, I want to use Calendar to
keep my client schedule.. and get it to send out an email reminder to each
client to remind them of their appointment..

Any idears? Lol

You can upgrade to 2007 if you so prefer. It is such a hassle nowdays with
internet hackers.
As busy as I am, I don't really have the time to deal with all this stuff.
Of course, it does help
to have a software "guru" in the family! What is your question? SAH
