You can fill out the info.. person's name, time, yada yada.. and then you "invite attendee." However.... This will send them an email immediately. So. I plan to wait until like.. on Sundays or something.. and then send out the emails for the whole week. Now, if someone reschedules, (an appt that you have already invited attendee on).. the moment you move that "meeting" to a new slot (i.e., drag it to a new slot) it will ask you if you want to inform the "attendee" (your client) of the update.. at which point, you say "yes." So far, that is all I have been able to establish. Now.. I am waiting to see if any emails are automatically generated.????
