Lynnette, I put the vacuum under my table kinda in between my feet, but under the table. That way it is in the middle and the client just has to change hands and my foot can turn it off easy. Angie Wingerter

It works if they hold it to MY left. This is how I am going to do it now!!! Thanks Michelle and Shannon and Marsha!!! I remember you posting about your fitting problems, a while back! But I know nothing about the clamp. _______ I need to hear more! The diagram I've tried [ X ] to create here represents a freestanding armrest I made which elevates the clients hands so that they dangle at about my chest level. The X represents my Brisa light. Do you think the clamp could be used in this situation? I may be able to jerry-rig some contraption.....I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..... That is what I use since the piece did not fit the Kupa or the Eve-n-Touch. The hands free piece is a clamp and I am so used to it now. If you make it stationary on your table, it may be harder to maneuver the fingers to the opening. It wasn't easy to adapt to because of the weight and pulling from that huge hose. Everyone's situation is different, so if you decide to invest, I think you'll love it too! I bought mine from the company that makes them. I've had great results it dealing with them. The system used to attach the clear top (containing the filter) to the base isn't the greatest. It's made of plastic and I've broken two. The first one they replaced at no cost. When it broke again, I just attach it with a wide piece of packing tape. Doesn't look great, but no one sees it but me. Today, at Nail Kamp, it was driving Vicki nuts! So, Vicki-style, she suggested I attach it somehow to my (homemade) armrest so that it wouldn't interrupt my use of the e-file. I think that's workable, and I must say, having that thing off my file makes my life soooo much easier. But I love that little vacuum!!! The e-file I got directly from Kupa, Inc. I figured if I was going to invest in and e-file that I would buy one of the best out there, I wanted great customer service and great product. I asked around the tech forums etc, and decided on the Kupa KP3000. The hose and hand piece for the vac system I bought separate from Akzentz, that will attach to any canister style vaccum, but I taped it onto my partigon and it works great.
