Who is toughen up by and do you use the oil first before that coat?

I clean the nails with alcohol. It does not matter what percent. I
use the 70 something and never have a problem. Then AFTER you clean the nails,
use a teeny, tiny bit of cuticle oil and rub it in the nails. DO NOT REMOVE THE
OIL!!

That is it!
A for how to remove polish on skin-- I swipe clear polish on the
skin and an orange stick to remove it. Works like a charm!
