Is this lady providing your supplies? So if you make $2,000 she wants $400.00? Plus $50.00 weekly rental. You need to talk with her and tell her booth rental is all you are going to pay. If you needs a tech in the salon to cater to her clientele, she should be more than glad to have you there. She never kept a tech because they were not making any money due to her wanting too much.
