It is called Perfect Sense Paraffin. I use it and the clients love it! There is another type called Thermasoft that is soyaffin. You use warm water to activate Thermasoft vs. an activating packet of oils for Perfect Sense. Thermasoft stays warm for a half hour. I tried it in CHicago two years ago. NICE stuff! The Perfect Sense that I use I put into an electric mitt or boot for an extended time/ Hope this helps.
