Michelle, make sure your lights are new. With me, that's how I knew my lights were going bad....not curing accurately or the dullness appearing. I don't even bother with the Top Gloss. I just use the Trilite Pink Gel for the top coat. That advice was given to me by one of my Akzentz reps.
