Try using a protein bonder first. I will make pretty impossible to soak off, but it will enhance the bonding power quite a bit. Is she coming to see you when 1 -2 fall off or when they are all gone. I would make her come in when they start lifting so you know for a fact its lifting and she isn't picking.
