KUPA makes the best sanding bands. They are very consistent size wise and stay 
sharp longer than the cheaper ones. 
The also make a great easy off rubber mandrel that's fantastic!

Angie,
I mostly get mine from Nailite, Buynail,  Premier, about 2-3$ for a hundred. 
Usually just get the med grit.  The only trouble I have ever had was with the 
mandrels that you put the band on.  I had a couple that werent the same size 
and the band spun on it.  But the bands have pretty much been the same no 
matter where I got them just different grits.
