I agree with Angela too.  Don't be too cheap because not only is it
hard to raise your prices, only the people looking for a deal for
right now will come in, and you want people that will stay with you,
not hop around just for a good deal.  When I started out I did a
referral discount.  The person who came in got a small discount and
also the person who sent them got one too.  I did $5 for each referral
and referee.  Gives both of them a little incentive but not giving
away the farm...
