Hi.. sorry u were late again..
you didn't call !
I gave you 10 minutes,
then I left to have lunch..
ck w/ the receptionist for another appointment..
at the end of the day. :-)
This tech had a pretty busy scheduled day most of the time..
Some times she would do the persons nails..(Always... she would collect the money due at the begining of the service.)
When the next scheduled client came in.. she'd excuse herself from the tardy client.. saying her scheduled appointment is in and she had to go to them.
Flabbergast - late appointment, would always say something.. and the tech would smile and say.. would you like to stay and I can try to work in that polish.. or come back during a time I have an opening ?
I asked her one time.. do you think they will come back ? She said, do I look like I care ?
She gave them 2 times as a warning.. after that, she would make sure they had to wait or come back to finish a service. She said they didn't respect me or my next clients time.. why would I care how they feel ?
Ok to me that was strong, but it was true!
