Hello All, Just wanted you all to know that I finally have my hotmail account back. I went into my account rofile and got what info the person had put in there and sent all the info to msn. Not that it is right info, but atleast it gives them something to go on.
Also, As of summer 2007 I have been going through some health issues. I thought a lot of it had to do with the mold from busted pipes. I was getting migraines, bloody nose, very tired, etc. It finally got to the point where I couldn't take this any more and went to the ER. The doc there said it was menstral related and brushed me off. I felt worse when I left and with no answers. I decieded that I would change the way I eat, stop smoking, exercise, etc. Guess what after 3 months there was no change. I kept trying. In 2008, I eneded up in the hospital with what the doctor said was gallbladder related. He wanted to take it out but not having insurance I said no and what were my other options. Then the pain in my lower back, neck, shoulder and arm started. I dealt with it and then one morning in June 2009, I woke up and could barley move and had a bad migraine and couldn't handle the light and all. I told my husband if I had a gun I would shot my head off. I went to the chiropractor and he said I have pinched nerves and L5 in my back is bone on bone. he also stated taht this could be caused from the way I sit and bend at work. I told my manager what he had said. So, I asked if workers comp would be able to help with the bills. Long story short faught with wokers comp, got some assistance and then recently a pain specialist told me that I have fibromyligia. I have been with this company for 6 years and work my ass off for them. I worked days off, longer hours, covering shifts, etc. And told every year at the xmas party that I needed to take time off. Well, once I get sick and had to take some personal and sick time, they turned on me. I went in for my quartly review and was told that I have been missing too much work and that coworkers are complaining because it reflects their pay, (which I think is BS and this is just what the owner was saying to me) I do know it does affect any packages taht come in, but if I can't give 100% what good am I to anyone? And that since I was hired in I was given 50% commission and that was way to high. There was no reason I should have gotten that and if I don't meet their goals they set out for me they would lower my %. I was pi$ $ed and told them what I thought. With the economy going down and losing clients you just want a bigger cut. This was in August. I reduced my 36 hour week to 30 hours in September. Needless to say as of Oct 27, I was pulled into the office and told by one of teh owners "you are not happy here and people are uncomfortable around you and we are letting you go. My manager had to escort me out of the building. So, now I'm fighting unemployemnt. I am trying to find some promotions that you have used to get people back into the salon or get new clients. A friend has a salon, but biz is very slow and I am thinking about going there for a couple days a week. So any advice or help you care to share is greatly appricated.
