I have lots of errands to run, and will write more later, but honestly, a legal route is not the way to go. It was a bit of misinformation likely done by staff. I doubt, as I said earlier, we will see a drastic drop in services because of this. Not many would join in a class action suit. The winners are the lawyers and the losers are those who wind up with pennies from it. (It is nice to dream of being a kazillionairre though!!
